The 'Final Conference of ENERMAT' will take place from 8 to 9 November 2012 in Brussels, Belgium.
The conference, which concludes the EU funded project ENERMAT - a European network of universities, public research institutions and businesses working in the field of energy materials - will see the presentation of the final project results and an overview of nearly three years of research-industries collaborations, exchange of experiences and technology transfer.
Discussions will also focus on the present and future opportunities arising from the Horizon 2020 programme and cooperation programmes for Research and Innovation networks. Ways to strengthen cooperation beyond EU funding will also be reviewed.
The event will bring together stakeholders, members of the European Commission and MEP Maria da Graça Carvalho who will present societal challenges linked to the EU's 2020 strategy.For further information, please visit:
