13th International Conference on Knowledge Management and Knowledge Technologies, Graz, Austria
Knowledge Management is one of the hottest topics today in both industry and information research worlds. In our daily life, we deal with huge amounts of data and information but they cannot be considered as knowledge until we know how to dig their value. This is the case for managers. Managers are bombarded with an almost constant stream of data every day. This overload of data is making knowledge management increasingly important.
Like all major societal challenges, knowledge and innovation management touches diverse aspects of life and thus needs a multi-disciplinary approach for finding solutions. The conference will provide a crystallization point for different disciplines of knowledge management (such as Business Science and the Social Sciences) and knowledge computing (such as knowledge discovery, social networks and context-aware computing).
The event will be an opportunity for researchers and academia to discuss the identified challenges facing the development and introduction of future knowledge systems, and to shape future research through the publication of high quality, applied and theoretical research findings. For further information, please visit:
