All across the world, tighter budgets push governments to increasingly look at public private partnerships for investments, public service delivery and innovation. PPPs are used to face the major societal challenges like climate change, clean energy, smart and green transport, and secure societies. However, securing commitment and financing, and maximizing collaboration, innovation and value for money through PPPs have become enormous challenges.
