The 'BIO-TIC Regional Event - Poland' will be held on 19 September 2013 in Lódz, Poland.
To date, major hurdles continue to hamper the full exploitation of biotechnology in Europe. These hurdles vary from limited availability of venture capital and fragmented policy frameworks to technological barriers.
Funded by the European Commission, BIO-TIC was launched with the aim to establish an overview of the barriers to biotech innovation and find solutions to overcome them.
As part of a series of regional workshops taking place throughout Europe, this event aims to attract expert opinion on the issues surrounding the uptake of industrial biotechnology in Poland.For further information, please visit:
