Sixth International Symposium on Recent Advances in Food Analysis, Prague, Czech Republic
Worldwide population is set to hit the 9 billion mark by 2050. While feeding all these people will be a major challenge, maintaining or even improving food quality standards against the backdrop of increased production will be even more difficult.
Food analysis, also known as food science, is the branch of applied science devoted to the study of food, notably studying the causes of deterioration, the principles underlying food processing, and the improvement of foods for the consuming public.
The Symposium - a leading conference for advances in food analysis - will bring together food researchers and representatives of national and international agencies, control bodies, governmental and commercial laboratories, and industry. It will put emphasis on advanced analytical and bioanalytical technologies as well as food analysis applications related to food security, quality and safety and food integrity. For further information, please visit:
