Third International Workshop on the Socio-Economics of Ageing, Lisbon, Portugal
Throughout the world the age structure of populations is changing rapidly. The ageing of societies is a central issue in social sciences, and the analysis of the challenges and opportunies that are offered to today's policy markers is crucial to guarantee an adequate level of welfare in the future.
This workshop will consider both the economic dimension and the social dynamics of ageing societies. It will bring together a group of researchers who are interested in ageing related topics such as economic growth, life-cycle consumption, labour market behaviour, well-being or happiness, social exclusion, care arrangements, intergenerational transfers and research.For further information, please visit:
