Energy Partnership Europe: Regional strategies for a common future

In the framework of the THERMIE programme, the European Commission, DG XVII, is organizing an international symposium on "Energy Partnership Europe: Regional strategies for a common future". It will take place in Wels, Austria, on 1-2 March 1995.
The symposium will address the following issues:
- The role of energy efficiency in the European energy policy;
- Energy partnerships in Europe;
- Energy and regions;
- New energy technologies;
- Energy planning;
- Energy information in the regions.
The symposium will be followed, on 3-5 March 1995, by the European Building and Heating Trade Fair (see RTD-News RCN 3658).
