The Eighth INSPIRE Conference will take place from 16 to 20 June in Aalborg, Denmark.
The annual INSPIRE conferences relate to the 'Infrastructure of Spatial Information in the European Community' directive which entered into force in 2007. The conference brings together users, technology developers, data providers and policy makers from across the EU to discuss all aspects of INSPIRE. This year's conference, 'INSPIRE for Governance', hosts some 30 workshops, five plenary sessions, and around 200 presentations in parallel sessions, as well as a poster session and exhibition.
The event is organised by the Joint Research Centre and Aalborg University. Registration is still open and costs EUR 200 for the five days.For more information, please visit:
