'Architectural and Urban Research, Education, and Practice in the Era of 'Post-Professionalism'', Girne, Cyprus

The symposium 'Architectural and Urban Research, Education, and Practice in the Era of 'Post-Professionalism'' (CAUMME II) will be held from 23 to 25 October 2014 in Girne, Cyprus.

This international event aims to discuss architectural and urban practices and their relation with research and education. Sub-themes of the conference are architectural and urban practices in the 'post-professional' era, 'post-professional' education in architecture and urban studies and interdisciplinary and trans-disciplinary research in architecture and urban studies.

The event comes after the success of CAUMME I on 'Global Impacts and Local Challenges' which took place in 2012. CAUMME II will be chaired by Hossein Sadri from Girne American University, Murat Soygenis from Yildiz Technical University and Ashraf M.
