'Poznan Open Innovation Marketplace' (POIMP) will take place on 11 September in Poznan, Poland.

POIMP involves a contest by which start-ups, spin-offs and inventors ('solvers') provide solutions to the innovation challenges of large companies and corporations ('challengers') in advance of the event. The authors of the best ideas will meet the challengers individually on 11 September at POIMP. The challengers are primarily focused on finding the following solutions: IT solutions supporting multi-channel customer service; IT solutions for the e-commerce branch; techniques using polystyrene materials and solutions to improve production processes for cosmetics industry. 'Solvers' are invited to send their solutions by 23 August.

POIMP is part of a 'double event' which also includes the International Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation (IASP) European Division Workshop. The workshop will bring together experts from science and technology parks (STPs), academia and business to discuss the trends in STPs as they become increasingly complex structures for professional innovation support. Registration fees for this event range from EUR 140 to EUR 190.For more information, please visit:
