In the framework of the European Lecture Series on Clean Coal Technologies, organized by the THERMIE programme for efficient energy technologies, a lecture/conference on "Clean coal technologies" will take place in Zaragoza, Spain, on 4 May 1995.
The aim of the conference is to present an overview of state-of-the-art technologies for the clean and efficient use of coal. Topics for discussion include:
- Pressurized fluid bed combustion;
- Circulating fluid bed combustion;
- Integrated gasification with combined cycle;
- Underground gasification;
- Flue gas desulphurization;
- Power plant optimization.
