Eighth COMNET European Forum on "Regional partnerships and policy integration"

The Eighth COMNET European Forum will take place in Reykjavik, Iceland, on 1-3 June 1995. The theme of the forum is "Regional partnerships and policy integration".

COMNET is an independent international association in the field of European education and training, which represents a unique and very large scale network allowing multilateral exchanges and contact. It has over 100 members from 30 European countries, as well as the USA and Canada.

The forum will explore the major issues of cooperation between the different European geographical areas as well as the role, needs and opportunities of networks in the European regions. It will be attended by representatives from the Commission (from the ADAPT and ENVIRONMENT programmes), from the Committee of the Regions, from UNESCO, and from the Icelandic and Finnish Governments.
