Third International Seminar on Statistical Confidentiality - first notice

The Third International Seminar on Statistical Confidentiality will take place in Ljubjana, Slovenia, in October 1996. The call for papers for this conference will be released in September 1995. Five themes will be covered, including:
- Legislative aspects of statistical confidentiality;
- Organizational aspects of data protection;
- Mathematical and computing aspects of confidentiality;
- Inquiry techniques used to avoid disclosure of individual data;
- People's attitude towards surveys in the countries in transition.
