Conference on advanced technologies for road transport

The US Department of Energy and ENEA (Italy) are co-sponsors of an international conference on "Advanced technologies for road traction" to be held in Rome on 29-31 January 1992. The conference intends to give an overview of present state-of-the-art and future technologies contributing to a cleaner environment and more efficient use of energy for road traction in private, public and commercial vehicles. The technologies considered include: Petrol and diesel engines; alternatively-fuelled internal combustion engines; gas turbines; hybrid vehicles; battery/fuel-cell driven electric vehicles.Mr. G.
