HCM/TMR Fellowship Seminar

The European Commission, DG XII, is organizing a seminar for holders of research fellowships under the Human Capital and Mobility (HCM) and Training and Mobility of Researchers (TMR) specific RTD programmes in Toulouse, France, from 8 to 11 September 1996.
The aim of the conference is for European fellows to meet with research policy-makers and discuss the problems experienced in undertaking fellowships. The conference will also discuss RTD structures and the basic problems affecting RTD in society, as well as links with industrial research.
