Calendar of COST workshops in 1996
The COST programme is based upon a flexible set of arrangements enabling different national organizations, institutes, universities and industry (especially SMEs) to join forces and work together on pre-competitive research projects in a broad range of scientific and technical areas. COST currently coordinates part of the national research activities of 25 member countries (the 15 EU Member States, Croatia, Hungary, Iceland, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, the Czech Republic and Turkey). A total of 134 COST actions are presently under way.
