AL-INVEST European-Latin American sectoral meetings

In the framework of the AL-INVEST programme for business cooperation and partnership between Europe and Latin America, a series of sectoral meetings, designed to provide businesses in Europe and Latin America with information and contacts, will be held between November 1996 and March 1997.

The current series of meetings, which are part of an on-going programme of network meetings, will take place in both European and Latin American countries. As the meetings concentrate on specific sectors, they are of particular value to businesses in promoting contacts in sectors of direct relevance to them.

Sectors for meetings in the current series will include:

- Environment;
- Wine and food;
- Transport;
- Fishing;
- Medical technology;
- Software and telecommunications;
- Agriculture and forestry.
