Eurocourses: Programme of JRC courses and seminars for 1992

The Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the Commission of the European Communities is presenting a programme of courses and seminars for 1992. Known as "Eurocourses", these will take place at the JRC location in Ispra (Varese), Italy. Topics to be covered include:

- Health physics and radiation protection (Radiation Protection Unit):

- Chemical and environmental science (Environment Institute):
. "Chemical, microbiological, health and comfort aspects of indoor air quality. State of the art in SBS", 23-27 March;
. "Chemistry and environment: Legislation, methodologies and applications", 1-5 June and 22-26 June.
. "Technologies for environmental cleanup: Soils and groundwater", 21-25 September.

- Remote sensing (Institute for Remote Sensing Applications):
. "The use of ERS-1 synthetic aperture radar imagery", 7-8 September;
. "Imaging spectrometry as a tool for environmental observations", 23- 27November;

- Mechanical and materials science (Institute for Advanced Materials):
. "Cyclotron production, quality control and utilization of medical radionuclides", 30 June to 2 July;
. "Advanced techniques for surface engineering", 10-13 November.
