EUROPARTNERS'97 - Business meetings for SMEs in the North Sea region

EUROPARTNERS'97 is a partnering event organized within the framework of the Community's INTERPRISE (Initiative for the promotion of cooperation between industrial and service companies) programme. The aim is to provide a forum in which small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), operating within the same commercial sector, can meet to discuss possibilities for cross-border cooperation and partnerships.

This year's event is targeted at SMEs in the information and communications sector (high technology), situated in Denmark, the UK, Ireland, The Netherlands, Sweden, Norway or Finland. Between 80 and 120 companies are expected to attend.

Two days of pre-arranged meeting will be scheduled for each SME on the basis of individual company profiles and specified areas of interest. This offers both a cheap and effective way of finding new business contacts for international cooperation.

EUROPARTNERS'97 is being organized by the EUROPARTNERS team which comprises the Euro Info Centre Storstrím (Denmark), together with their British, Irish, Dutch, German, Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish partners.
