A Business Meeting on "Refrigeration systems for the agrofood industry", originally scheduled to take place in Porto, Portugal, on 21 March 1997, will now take place on 18 April 1997.
The meeting is being organized by the "Centro para a Conservaçao de Energia" (CCE), in cooperation with the Portuguese Directorate General for Energy (DGE) and the sectoral industrial associations (APF and FIPA). It is supported by the European Commission within the framework of the OPET Network (INNOVATION programme), and in collaboration with the JOULE/THERMIE programme.
The aim of this meeting is to promote innovative and energy efficient refrigeration technologies. The event is aimed at industrialists, equipment manufacturers, utilities and RTD organizations in Portugal. The objective is to ensure a wider adoption of innovative energy technologies, increase the participation of Portuguese companies in the JOULE/THERMIE programme and achieve a higher level of quality in the projects submitted to the Commission.
