TROLL'97 - The euro and econometric modelling

The TROLL'97 international conference will take place in Brussels, Belgium, on 29-30 May 1997. The principal theme of this year's conference will be the euro and econometric modelling. The event is organized by HENDYPLAN, in cooperation with the European Commission (DG II).
The conference will provide a forum in which users, and potential users, of TROLL modelization software will be able to share information on techniques, methods and analytical activities with people from other institutions, industries and countries. This year, the conference will focus on the emerging euro currency. The financial and banking sectors will have the opportunity to exchange ideas on the consequences of the euro on macro-economic models, and on the definition of economic policy.
