JEC'97 - Composites and new materials

The annual European JEC Conference and Exhibition, an essential meeting point for specialists in composites and new materials, will take place in Paris, France, from 23 to 25 April 1997.
The event provides a forum in which those working with composites (raw materials suppliers, processors and end-users, tool and machinery manufacturers, engineering specialists, and marketing and university representatives) can exchange information and experiences.
More than ten thousand visitors are expected, from all sectors of industry, including: building, motor vehicles, sports and leisure, navigation, aerospace, engineering, and architecture. The European Community's specific RTD programme in the field of Industrial and Materials Technologies (BRITE/EURAM) will be presented at a stand in the JEC Exhibition.
CORDIS, the Community's R&D Information Service, will also have a stand at the exhibition. Visitors will be able to see demonstrations of the full CORDIS service, including the CORDIS World Wide Web service, and Watch-CORDIS, the Windows interface.
