Environmental R&D Information and Partner Exchange Day

The Austrian Innovation Relay Centre is organizing an "International Information and Partner Exchange Day for Cooperation in Environmental Research and Technology", to be held in Vienna, Austria, on 10 September 1997.
The event is being organized within the framework of the "EU-viron" congress and trade fair on environmental technology, industry and engineering, being held in Vienna from 9 to 12 September 1997. Essentially a brokerage event aimed at stimulating cross-border collaborative RTD projects, it will address all technical areas and research topics related to environmental technologies.
The main aim of the event will be to support international technology transfer in the environmental sector by establishing individual relationships. Companies searching for partners will have meetings pre-arranged with possible partners on the basis of a catalogue circulated in advance. There will also be the opportunity to arrange meetings on the day. Researchers will have the opportunity to present their research ideas to other researchers in the field.
