ISMB'97 - Intelligent systems for molecular biology
The five-day conference will bring together scientists who are applying the technologies of stochastic modelling, artificial intelligence, robotics, neural networks, massively parallel computing, advanced data modelling, and other computational methods to problems in molecular biology, including sequence analysis, structure prediction, genome projects, molecular docking, drug design and molecular evolution.
A special workshop on "Automatic annotation of genome sequence data", supported by the Community's specific research programme in the field of Biotechnology (BIOTECH II), will take place within the framework of the conference.
