European conference of the RISI regions 1997

The 1997 annual European conference of the RISI (Regional Information Society Initiative) regions will take place in Lubeck, Germany, on 24-25 November 1997.
The aim of the conference is to provide a forum for the exchange of information and experiences, at European level, with regard to the process of defining and implementing an action plan for the Information Society being conducted by each of the RISI regions.
