EICP'98 - Electronic Image Capture and Publishing

An International Symposium on Electronic Image Capture and Publishing (EICP'98) will take place in Zurich, Switzerland, on 18-22 May 1998.
The symposium, which is sponsored by the European Commission (DG XII), the European Optical Society (EOS), the Society for Imaging Science and Technology (IS&T) and the International Society for Optical Engineering (SPIE), is part of the EUROPTO series of conferences.
This international symposium offers the opportunity to explore the latest research in electronic imaging capture, processing, printing and publishing science and technologies. The main topic areas to be covered will include:
- Advanced focal plane arrays and electronic cameras;
- Colour printing and publishing;
- Electronic image processing;
Abstracts are currently being invited. Extended abstracts must be submitted by 3 November 1997 at the latest. The full manuscript is due by 20 April 1998.
ECIP'98 will take place at the same time, and in the same place, as SYBEN'98, the International Symposium on Broadband European Networks.
