A series of Information Days on "Practice and experience with ventilation systems in low energy houses" is being organized by CORA Hessen (Germany), a member of the Community's OPET (Organizations for the Promotion of Energy Technologies) network.

The aim of the meetings is to provide interested parties, in particular engineers and architects, with up-to-date information on experiences with the use of ventilation systems in low energy houses and to present current recommendations in this area. Controlled ventilation of buildings can contribute to the reduction of energy use, thus reducing the burden on the environment.

The meetings are scheduled to take place as follows:

- Wiesbaden: 24 October 1997;
- Kassel: 30 October 1997;
- Fulda: 31 October 1997.
