IMAGINA'98 - The Digital Whole

IMAGINA'98, an international event focusing on the world of digital production and distribution, will take place in Monaco from 4 to 6 March 1998. Combining conferences, round tables and a major industrial exhibition, as well as associated events, IMAGINA proposes an essential venue for all those interested in the latest developments in the digital revolution and their impact on the world of media and information.

This year's event, "The Digital Whole", focuses on three basic themes:

- Web Cast;
- Agents and creators;
- Digital writing and production.

A series of panel discussions will look at DVD, ethics in the Information Society, digital architecture, cinema and the digital image, new sound technologies, and the use of multimedia for health.

A major exhibition, covering a surface of 5,000m2, will present the latest innovations in this industrial sector. A special exhibition area dedicated to the EU's MEDIA programme will present a selection of European multimedia works.
