A seminar on new technologies in the field of aromas and flavourings will take place in Vannes, France, on 18 and 19 March 1998. The event is organized by the Brittany Chamber of Commerce and Industry with support from the Innovation Relay Centre for Lower Normandy, Brittany and the Loire.

The aim of the event is to bring together managers, engineers and senior technicians from the food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and aromatic sectors. The event will first discuss the different technologies in use, and then look at their potential for the development of new aromatic molecules.
