INNOVAATIKA '98, the sixth Science and Innovation Fair, will take place in Tartu, Estonia, from 2 to 4 April 1998. The event is organized by the University of Tartu, with support from the Estonian FEMIRC (Fellow Member to the Innovation Relay Centres network).

The aim of the event is to disseminate innovative ideas and to raise public awareness of innovation. The fair is one in a regular series. Seminars at INNOVAATIKA fairs have focused on topics such as innovation, technology transfer, collaboration between research and industry, intellectual property and innovation in vocational education.

The fair will introduce research results, new products and technologies, research and development projects, and opportunities for study. The bywords of the fair are creativity, knowledge and entrepreneurship. The fair will bring together institutions and companies in the fields of R&D, education and innovation from both Estonia and other countries.
