The European Commission, DG XI, has published an invitation to tender for a publication which is to give a representative image of the situation regarding water quality and quantity management in Europe. The publication should be based on maps, graphs, diagrams and illustrations and should give an overview of the water quality and quantity of the main catchment areas in Europe, including the Central and Eastern European countries. The contract will be for an initial period of nine months with the possibility of a nine-month extension.
