Supercomputing project seeks candidates
CINECA, a consortium of 14 Italian universities, is seeking candidates for its icarus3 project to make use of its supercomputing resources and services, within the Training and Mobility of Researchers Programme of the European Commission, DG XII. CINECA will provide hosted European researchers with training, vector and parallel supercomputing facilities, and access to a scientific visualisation laboratory and an on-line information service. The selected researchers will have the support of CINECA experts so they can make the best use of the available resources and will have their travel and accommodation expenses paid. Candidates are invited to fill in the form available at URL: http://www.cineca.it/projects/icarus. Eligible candidates include citizens of European Union Member States and those from associated countri3es in the TMR programme: Iceland; Liechtenstein; Norway; and, Israel. Disciplines covered are: biotechnology's; chemistry; earth sciences; computer science; economics; engineering; human sciences; mathematics; and, physics.
