The Institute for Prospective Technological Studies (IPTS), part of he European Commission's Joint Research Centre, aims to award a project to an external contractor to develop an interactive website on techno-economic analysis cooperation between 27 Euro-Mediterranean countries. The study should aim to: - Develop criteria for an interactive Euro-Mediterranean website, including the organisation of a workshop on behalf of the IPTS; - Design a prototype for an interactive Euro-Mediterranean information system based on the criteria approved at the workshop; - Implement and validate the prototype; - Create the final system; - Train the 27 representatives of the national contact points to use the system, including the organisation of a training course; - Support the use of a system by the 27 partners in the first six months of use.
