Promoting enterprise in services, commerce and tourism
The services, commerce and tourism directorate of the Enterprise DG has announced it will shortly issue an invitation to tender for studies in its field. Tender procedures will be launched before the end of August for the following: - study entitled 'the European business services sector: structure and characteristics', which will examine factors affecting the competitiveness of the European service sector - 100,000 euro; - actions PECOS - lots of 130,000 euro; - study on the impact ICT (European information and communication technologies) on enterprise's logistics - 130,000 euro; - study on commerce and tourism - 145,000 euro; - feasibility study on the electronic network of benchmarking to improve quality management of small and micro-enterprises in the tourism sector - 150,000 euro; - study on the structure, performance and competitiveness of tourism SMEs - 200,000 euro; - study to identify declining tourist destinations affected by mass tourism, most in need of upgrading the quality of the tourist products of small and micro-enterprises - 150,000 euro; - study on the evolution of ICT (European information and communication technologies) business services worldwide and in Europe - 200,000 euro.
