The European Commission, DG XV, has published a call for tender regarding the provision of services for research and documentary analysis work on subjects related to the operation of the internal market and work involving legal analysis of national technical provisions. The tasks concerned are as follows: - Lot A: In the context of the preparation of the study regarding the effect of internal market completion, to be submitted to the Council in 1996: . Drawing up evaluation reports on subjects related to the operation of the internal market, particularly in the fields of the free movement of goods and services, transposal of directives and administrative cooperation with respect to the application of Community law; . Analysing the economic and industrial consequences of the internal market and its perceived image in Member States; . Analysis work in the fields of direct and indirect taxation and financial services; - Lot B: Analysis of national technical provisions which either have, or have not, been given notice of the state of the project, in particular from the aspect of technical obstacles to exchange. Potential tenderers may tender for either all the abovementioned tasks concerned, or lot A or B.
