The European Commission, DG XI, is intending to establish a framework contract relating to emissions from engines and vehicles. The Commission is seeking to establish a framework contract with organizations and laboratories competent in the field of emissions testing from engines and vehicles. The purpose of the framework contract is to provide the Commission services with access to independent testing facilities which may assist the Commission in developing and validating the technical basis underlying future policy development.
