Technical assistance for environment-related projects co-financed by the Cohesion Fund
The European Commission, DG XVI, has published a restricted invitation to tender for the provision of technical assistance, of a general nature, regarding projects presented to the Cohesion Fund in matters relating to the environment, including: water quality, treatment, supply and catchment; water-resource management; dams; wastewater purification; and waste management. The contracted consultant(s) will be called upon to assist the Commission in the analysis, evaluation and monitoring of projects, submitted by the recipient Member States, with respect to differing missions to be defined on a case-by-case basis. Consultants will, in particular, be required to provide technical and economic expertise.
