The European Commission's Joint Research Centre has published a corrigendum to its invitation to tender of 26 April 1996 on the establishment of the European Science and Technology Observatory (ESTO). The corrigendum concerns the contract period of the tender which will now take effect from the signature of all partners making up the network (as opposed to starting on 15 October 1996 as stated in the original invitation to tender). The final date for the dispatch of invitations to tender will take place within two months of the list of successful candidates being drawn up (and not as soon as the list is drawn up, as originally stated).
