The European Commission, DG XXII, in cooperation with the Statistical Office (EUROSTAT), has published an open invitation to tender for statistical studies within the framework of Strand III.2b ("Exchange of comparable data") of the action programme implementing a European Community training policy (LEONARDO DA VINCI).

The studies cover three lots:

- Development of comparable classifications for vocational training provision;
- Development of an EU dimension of international adult literacy survey;
- Examination and assessment of data on foreign language learning.
