Statistical studies for LEONARDO DA VINCI programme
The European Commission, DG XXII, has published an invitation to tender concerning statistical studies within the LEONARDO DA VINCI Community vocational training action programme. The tender relates to three lots within strand III.2.b (Exchange of comparable data) of the programme, as follows: - Lot 1: Making proposals for the development of a system of education and training accounts; - Lot 2: Examination and assessment of data on the acquisition of information technology skills; - Lot 3: Examination and assessment of data on foreign language learning. The Commission is looking for organizations or partnerships of organizations to carry out the above tasks. It considers that a period of between 12 and 18 months would be required to complete the tasks, but believes that the methodology proposed and the experience of the organizations concerned could lead to differences in duration.
