Low cost Fused Filament Fabrication of high performance thermoplastics for structural applications The objective is to apply and mature Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) for the design and manufacturing of actuators dedicated to flow separation control. The actuator concept is characterized by having no moving parts and as such being highly robust. Installation constraints on aircraft level require structural integrity up to 200°C.
