Objective
Proposal abstract: The project aims to facilitate participation of research organisations, legal entities, IT companies from the New Member States (NMS) and to help to establish solid frameworks for international collaboration in research activities of IST. The work under the project PRO_NMS is a combination of the establishment and reinforcement of networks of research organisations, organisation of information and awareness events, trainings, as well as promotion of research competencies in the NMS and other Member States.
Based on the knowledge and capacities, links to the constituencies, major and important players of the countries, the project will help to establish the links of the national players to the technology forums and to strengthen the activities of the different national players in the different calls for proposals in the selected Strategic Objectives. The consortium will base on the experience gained in series of previous initiatives within partners in consortium, between partners from New Member States and other Member States from Central, Eastern and North Europe. As a measurable result of the project at least 20 Key Players, 40 Potential Project Partners will be selected, and invited to the training workshops, at least 120 will attend the international brokerage events aimed at important selected Strategic Objectives.
