DT Governance Model Definition

This report will outline the resulting ETAPAS governance model and the list of implications (including legal ones) for future assessment of transformation in public service delivery through disruptive technologies.

Market Watch Report

This report will generate, refine, and evaluate marketing actions, monitor marketing performance. analyse qualitative and quantitative data about issues on marketing the platform. It will contain also a preliminary exploitation and sustainability plan, in order to define a baseline procedure to follow for market exploitation of the project’s results. All actions targeted to results’ exploitation that will have to be implemented by each partner will be defined, as well as preliminary business models.

Responsible DT indicators and metrics

This deliverable will provide the breakdown of indicators needed for the social and ethical assessment and their relevant metrics

Legal implications of the use of disruptive technologies in the public sector

A case law analysis and legal literature review on the legal aspects of the use of disruptive technologies in the public sector This analysis will be written in the format of at least one probably two articles for publication in international peerreviewed scholarly journals

Report on MEF use case implementation and feedback

This deliverable will describe the implementation of MEF use case and summarise the results of indicators and principal legal assessment.

Code of conduct for DTs

A generic code of conduct for disruptive technologies in public administration and service provision will be drafted and revised during the project implementation The code will then be finalised in WP5 with the validation of the whole ETAPAS framework D55 will include the revised version of the code of conduct

Updated ETAPAS Framework

Updated version of the ETAPAS Framework to include feedback and results of the performed WPs.

Municipality chatbot use case: report on implementation and feedback for RDT framework

This deliverable will describe the implementation of SINTEF and Prokom use case and summarise the results of indicators and principal legal assessment.

Use Cases' analysis and lesson learnt

This report will provide an analysis and lesson learnt from the use cases identified in WP4 and WP5 and will define a set of general recommendations for DT usage in public administrations.

Report on potential risks of DTs in PA

A report on potential risks associated with the introduction of disruptive technologies in public administration and service provision The review will be written in the format of an article for publication in an international peerreviewed academic journal

Data Management Plan

M6 M15 M36 This document will provide the complete research data life cycle and describe the types of research data that will be generated or collected during the project the plan will provide guidelines for partners on the procedures necessary to meet the ethical requirement to data collection and management collection processing transferring data between partners storing archiving and guaranteeing open access to data The plan it will also summarize how the ETAPAS Consortium will ensure that all research data are made open to third parties for mining dissemination and exploitation A first version of the Data Management Plan will be developed at M6 and updated at the end of the first reporting period M15

The website will be registered at the very beginning of the project and continuously updated PwC will outline the ETAPAS concept aims consortium and results The website will provide the first visual impact and the main contact point for external users as well as an internal workingspace for the partners It will be set up at the start of the project and will be kept updated with the projects news events public deliverables scientific publications and the material used in the events where the project is presented such as slides videos etc The website address will be related to the title of the project and the eu domain will be used
