An EU raising awareness platform in English where recommendations and guidelines resulting from this project will be promoted The platform will include 1 a public section disseminating public results and resources 2 a section for collaboration for the CoP of school leaders and teachers where registration will be required

Video 1 will be targeted to policy makers and will summarise the project results and the main findings from WP5 Video 2 will target school leaders teachers and the school community in general and will provide guidelines lessons learnt and inspiration to schools that wish to join the mentoring community after the end of the project Subtitled in 7 project languages The three National videos per MoE partner total 18 will focus on the work of their school clusters and the different mentoring approaches adopted All videos will be subtitled in the 7 project languages

The final brochure will condense and present the main findings and recommendations of the project The report may be translated by the national ministries of education will help disseminate the main project outcomes and make them accessible to a large audience of policy makers and school leaders

A report consolidating information on how project school clusters have implemented different types of bottomup selforganised approaches to cluster management including the contribution made by online mentoring and different incentivereward schemes

This report summarises and analyses activities in the different types of mentoring clusters highlighting innovative effective and scalable strategies practices processes and digital tools used It includes key points from task 52 diaries interviews and case studies and summaries and conclusions from the task 53 field visits and interviews

A report describing different types of mentoring between schools in Europe including examples and case studies with particular reference to models of digitally supported innovation and solving shared challenges between schools The publication to be publicly disseminated will include the results of the literature review survey and interviews

This is a key output of the project aiming to document and analyse the types of wholeschool mentoring and their value as evidenced in the project It includes summaries of the results and analysis of the baseline and followup SELFIE surveys successful mentoring approaches lessons learnt and examples of good practice
