A Competitive Intelligence Cloud/HPC Platform for AI-based STI Policy Making

Report on the Health Living Lab (opens in new window)

Reports will be generated for all the living labs in the project to document user experience with the IntelComp platform, the main actions that were undertaken for co-creation of the platform visualizers and final evaluations of the capacity of the IntelComp tools in meeting the needs of Public Administrations and in involving stakeholders in policy processes.First reports will be delivered in M33 and circulated among all actors involved in each living lab. Consensuated final versions will be published at the conclusion of the project.

Report including the Dissemination and Communication Plan (DCP) and its updates (M24 and M36) as well as report on the dissemination and communication materials created and activities conducted.

D12 Report on the selected measurement and data collection M12 TG The report will provide an overview of the information that is to be extracted indicators models types of graphs etc and recommendations on how to make the tools as actionable as possible It will include the selection of domainspecific indicators to allow for measurement and calculations in order to be able to make the data comparable Subsequently the available data traditional data new data and analytics will be mapped and the use of data analytics will be determined

Detection of emerging topics using dynamic topic models and graph analysis. Lead lag analysis.

System for subcorpus generation (opens in new window)

The SW will include the intelligence for the selection of the relevant documents for a selected field, and a graphic tool to facilitate expert annotation.

Scalable NLP pipelines (opens in new window)

Pipelines will be implemented for all considered languages both for HPC and computer cluster execution environments

Topic Modeling Service (opens in new window)

Topic model implementations, and trained models for the project datasets. Federated topic model implementations for cluster and HPC platforms. Accompanying documentation.

Classification service (opens in new window)

Module based on automatic classification for estimating the best fitting class of a taxonomy for an input text document. Accompanying evaluation documentation.

Graph analysis toolbox (opens in new window)

A first version implementing several document similarities will be delivered in M12, and a final version including graph calculation, layout and analysis algorithms in M24.

IntelComp platform tools (opens in new window)

Integration of visualization tools and release of all IntelComp tools: STI Viewer, Evaluation Workbench, and STI Policy Participation Portal. The first release will already be co-created with users through the tasks in WP6; a second release is expected for M30.
