Deliverables
Guidelines on planned actions for recruitment and retention (opens in new window)
This Deliverable constitutes the common structure among the different implementing partners of KA2: Balancing recruitment and career progression. In particular, it aims at designing appropriate trainings for junior researchers (especially for women) at the beginning of their career
Report on project communication and dissemination (opens in new window)WP8 will track outreach according to key performance indicators listed in the Dissemination and communication plan (D8.2). This includes follow-up and evaluation of the effectiveness of the project’s communication and dissemination (e.g. website traffic, Altmetrics data, publicity tracking and bibliometric data), which will be analysed and reported at the end of the project

This will include strategy for impact support, interaction and collaboration with stakeholders and gatekeepers to support uptake of GEPs at the national level, with the aim of developing buy-in and readiness to implement. The exploitation plan will be revised regularly and fed into the project’s sustainability plan. The sustainability plan will cover ownership and curation of training tools, datasets andactivities to sustain impact in partner organisations implementing GEPS.
