Report on new teaching formats for the outreach to society (opens in new window)

This report on the outcome of new teaching formats for the outreach to society focuses mainly on the intertwining of the Horizon2020 project with partners that are not related to universities and economy but active in education, cultural politics, pedagogics and other knowledge transferring fields of society. It will include e.g. cooperation with schools and summer schools at the member universities.The outcome will be reflected from the different perspectives of the partners, mirroring also the specificities of the nationalcultural backgrounds. The outcome will allow all partners to discuss new approaches from their partner countries‘ background in order to check how far they can be fruitful for use in the own context.

The Common Communication Strategy CCS will be common framework of the communication and promotion of the project The CCS will have a communication plan that set out a description and timing for each communication activity It will promote the activities and their results by providing targeted information to multiple audiences possibly engaging in a twoway exchange and will set clear objectivities for all stages of communication The CCS will be developed by WP5

The Final report on the completed dissemination activities will bring information about all dissemination activities, informing about their forms, targeted audiences. Delivered results and collected feedbacks. It also will provide with information about future activities that will be intended to ensure sustainability of the Common EU4ART Research & Innovation AgendaThe Final report will include report on the Launch of Research & Innovation Transformation Networking (RITN) web platform and on launch and performance of Common Research and Innovation database and the plan for the further dissemination and exploitation of results will provide information and also final insight into all achieved results of the RITN and the Common Research and Innovation database. The Report will provide understanding into how the RITN database will ensure global visibility of art practise informed and related research activities of partner institutions and the Open Science role model for all art practise informed and related research activities. It also will inform about open access of research outcomes and its social, cultural and economic impacts and the model how to harmonize the respect of intellectual property of artists and researchers involved ensuring open access to the outcomes of their art practise informed and related research. It will be dedicated to the advancement of artistic research dissemination and digital publishing. The launching of the Research & Innovation Transformation Networking (RITN) web platform and on launch and performance of Common Research and Innovation database will create new communication channels. The Report will include the plan for the dissemination and exploitation of results that will set out a description and timing for new communication activities that will ensure the sustainability of achieved results, the further communication the Common EU4ART Research & Innovation Agenda and the dissemination for artists-researchers to make their research outcomes publicly available through Common Research and Innovation database.

Concept for a series of entrepreneurship-related courses (opens in new window)

A concept for entrepreneurship related courses will be developed to install an innovative frame of education concerning art and science for managers, businessmen, CEO (seminars, short courses and life long learning courses). Innovative short courses will be created to form professional staff at Alliance level in order to create and develop projects between Academic world and Corporate world.

Report on the Pilot Phase of the Labs, Hubs and Graduate Schools (opens in new window)

After the first pilot phase of the artistic research labs and graduate schools as well as docotoral studies in the different universities of EU4ART, this report will shed light on the fruitful results but also on more controversial aspects of the four individual national and university-related approaches towards the field of artistic research.We expect this report to allow us to deduce precious information for achieving and continuation as well of the individual development of the labs at each university as for the future cooperation between the universities.

The Concept for Research and Innovation Transformation Networking RITN will describe the conceptual outline of the Research and Innovation Transformation Networking RITN It will define the main RITN factors characteristics its intended networking parameters and information workflow It will establish the way how the information about research research outcomes research infrastructures and human resources will be shared on the RITN The RITN is intended to be developed as part of project website that will directly interlink with Erasmus European University EU4ART website therefore it is important to establish clear demarcation and synergy with the existing commutation channels

"The research results are published in the form of a book. All members of the alliance will publish studies on their artistic research and results. Within the framework of the work package, one of the objectives is to publish a book on the question of art and research, based on the experiments and findings as well as research analysis of each WP. The book will collect studies from researchers involved in the alliance on the questions, approaches or social and intercultural relevance of artistic research, on the one hand. It explores a methodological framework and the subject of artistic research , also from the different viewpoints of the four associates. On the other hand, it will also comprise case studies of divergent experimental methodologies, lab models as well as models for disseminating unorthodox methodologies through e.g. exhibition spaces, art education etc. The book is planned to be published by a referenced art publisher at the end of the third year.The publication is based on a report on the notion of different approaches towards the term ""artistic research""."

The summary presents the national and international regulations on the protection of intellectual properties in the partner countries of the EU4ART association Intellectual property protection strikes a balance between the interests of innovative solutions and creative creators and the wider public interest in order to foster an environment based on the flourishing of creativity and innovation The legal regulations are different in each country By making the rules and practices of each one available they become comparable The summaries will be available during the project

Reports of situation analysis of the partners' knowledge transfer activities (opens in new window)

This involves reporting the research activities and RDI services of the partners The methodological framework and purpose of the activity defined by us is to become familiar with the research activities of the partners as well as to collect professional information related to RDI services We collect previous research and innovation practices and explore joint structures and share best practices facilitating collaboration in activities that could be common to all alliances The report presents past experiences activities and identifies possible practical directions for alliance partners

Information exchange and management processes established (opens in new window)

The partners will use the first three months to exchange basic projectrelated information and universityspecific objectives and to set up permanent processes and working groups in the project organization This first essential work step should be completed after three months and mapped in its basic structures

Set of ICT tools for supporting the virtual ateliers (opens in new window)

The implementation of the online platform will make available highly specialized single course modules focused on art applied to research and innovation to generate a continuous growth of skills and research on new uses of art in science
