Deliverables Documents, reports (16) Best practices on Open Science This deliverable is meant to identify acknowledge and showcase best practices in Open Science A Scoping survey will be undertaken to identify the state of play of Open Science practices at each SEAEU university On the basis of survey results the SEAEU Alliance will review and discuss the procedures methodologies and resources that are currently in place that relate to open data management practices White paper on main challenges facing SEA-EU community Publication summarising the vision shared in SEA-EU of main societal challenges in which R&I could play a major role Open Reports to the Stakeholders Periodic advances open reports permitting to show to all stakeholders and society in general the progress that the project is generating. Plan of the Open Science Ambassador programme The programme includes identifying and training a cadre of Open Science/ Open Research Data Ambassadors at each SEA-EU campus to provide a friendly and communicative face to the Open Science/ Open Research Data initiative. Remote work and remotization of infrastructure case study Case study on remote work and remotization will involve survey of research fields groups and situations where remote work is alreadypractised Spin-off Competence Lab training programme Spin-off Competence Lab, through an interdisciplinary approach and innovative models of engagement, learning and communication, will act as a catalyst, breeder and promoter of both culture and knowledge for entrepreneurship and innovation. The programme will be created on the basis of virtual surveys, identified needs and current trends and challenges, organised in modules dedicated to researchers on a different stage of carreer. Design of the Open Research Data Systems Deliverables 5.1 and 5.2 will support the design of tangible organisational frameworks and common procedures and practices that will be implemented across the SEA-EU universities, serving to build consolidated institutional platforms for the uploading of data sets. AFTT rules of procedure and key areas of impact Rules of the procedure, identification of anti-fragility sources and key areas of impact in universities will be set to guide the alliance in time of unforseen events. Pilot Agreement Agreement aiming to improve our knowledge of common research interest with other Alliances, identiying barriers and accelators. Dissemination material and database reports, white papers, newsletter, videos, webinars, posters, brochures, press realeses, end project docummentary. Develop SEA-EU Open Research Data Policies and tool-kit The policies will be developed and agreed with terms of reference that encompass the national, regional and/or university policies on data management and data sharing. Such open research data policies will entail a shared understanding of data sharing practices, in place and planned, at each of the SEA-EU universities. A tool-kit will be developed, to provide guidelines for the implementation of these open research data policies. Summary report on Innovative and Entrepreneurial potential of the SEA-EU """A Report will present results from organised facilitated virtual workshops combined with the HEInnovate methodology and will will help to design solutions tailored to the Alliance’s needs for a strategic approach to innovation and entrepreneurship."""
