Best practices on Open Science (opens in new window)

This deliverable is meant to identify acknowledge and showcase best practices in Open Science A Scoping survey will be undertaken to identify the state of play of Open Science practices at each SEAEU university On the basis of survey results the SEAEU Alliance will review and discuss the procedures methodologies and resources that are currently in place that relate to open data management practices

White paper on main challenges facing SEA-EU community (opens in new window)

Publication summarising the vision shared in SEA-EU of main societal challenges in which R&I could play a major role

Open Reports to the Stakeholders (opens in new window)

Periodic advances open reports permitting to show to all stakeholders and society in general the progress that the project is generating.

Plan of the Open Science Ambassador programme (opens in new window)

The programme includes identifying and training a cadre of Open Science/ Open Research Data Ambassadors at each SEA-EU campus to provide a friendly and communicative face to the Open Science/ Open Research Data initiative.

Remote work and remotization of infrastructure case study (opens in new window)

Case study on remote work and remotization will involve survey of research fields groups and situations where remote work is alreadypractised

Spin-off Competence Lab training programme (opens in new window)

Spin-off Competence Lab, through an interdisciplinary approach and innovative models of engagement, learning and communication, will act as a catalyst, breeder and promoter of both culture and knowledge for entrepreneurship and innovation. The programme will be created on the basis of virtual surveys, identified needs and current trends and challenges, organised in modules dedicated to researchers on a different stage of carreer.

Design of the Open Research Data Systems (opens in new window)

Deliverables 5.1 and 5.2 will support the design of tangible organisational frameworks and common procedures and practices that will be implemented across the SEA-EU universities, serving to build consolidated institutional platforms for the uploading of data sets.

AFTT rules of procedure and key areas of impact (opens in new window)

Rules of the procedure, identification of anti-fragility sources and key areas of impact in universities will be set to guide the alliance in time of unforseen events.

Pilot Agreement (opens in new window)

Agreement aiming to improve our knowledge of common research interest with other Alliances, identiying barriers and accelators.

reports, white papers, newsletter, videos, webinars, posters, brochures, press realeses, end project docummentary.

Develop SEA-EU Open Research Data Policies and tool-kit (opens in new window)

The policies will be developed and agreed with terms of reference that encompass the national, regional and/or university policies on data management and data sharing. Such open research data policies will entail a shared understanding of data sharing practices, in place and planned, at each of the SEA-EU universities. A tool-kit will be developed, to provide guidelines for the implementation of these open research data policies.

Roadmap for digital transformation will be developed according to identified shared goals, actions, experiences and barriers, aimed at exploiting the opportunities and building resilience of the alliance.

Paper presenting context of the action and methodology on how to consider the ecological footprint of professional activities in RI

Development of Training Initiatives within each University (opens in new window)

A Training Programme, will be held for staff at each of the SEA-EU universities to promote and showcase the benefits of open science, of working collaboratively with open research data, and coping with its various challenges.

SEA-EU Academy constituted with guiding principles (opens in new window)

SEA-EU Academy will be constituted as a virtual teaching space for the capacity building of the alliance, and guiding principles will be developed.
