The plan will give an overview of activities carried out during the project period

We will identify data gaps and gaps in the quality of currently existing data

Technical report on an appropriate regulatory capital framework for green mortgages in the Nordics (opens in new window)

The technical report will elaborate on how a capital framework that appropriately includes risk mitigating factors of EEM can be implemented in the Nordics

Technical reports on project outputs to share as best practice (opens in new window)

Two Reports at M12 and M18 will i summarise on best practices emerging from NEEM to be shared across similar Projects and EEMI national hubs to maximise output and ii summarise best practices emerging from other Projects and EEMI national hubs with a focus on three case studies from the Hungarian Italian and Spanish hubs with a focus on preferential capital requirements the combination of EEM with national guarantee schemes and onestopshops respectively to provide additional elements for consideration for NEEM in relation to EEM market development in the Nordics Best practices emerging from NEEM will be shared in writing with the EEMI network and presented in bilateral discussions with the three national EEMI hubs and the broader network during EEMI events

Guidance on alignment with EU taxonomy (opens in new window)

T33 Discussion with respect to green bond issuance and alignment with the Taxonomy Leader CE Contributors EMFECBC GDFA iNudgeyou Hemma Swedbank Nordea Duration M4M24The definition of what constitutes a green bond over time should be aligned with the Nordic mortgage market where bonds are typically issued for many years We will discuss implications of the EU Taxonomy for green bond issuance in the Nordics and initiate dialogue with regulatory authorities

Guidance on a green covered bond framework in the Nordics (opens in new window)

Taking into account the specifics of the Nordic covered bond market we will provide guidance on how EEM can be issued on the highly liquid Nordic covered bond markets

Evaluating the potential solutions developed under the barrier specific work packages

Technical report on relevant EU policy agenda & Touchpoints with Current Project (opens in new window)

The technical report will be focused on the EU Green Deal Sustainable Finance Agenda the Covid19 recovery

Identification of behavioural barriers (opens in new window)

We will identify behavioural barriers for different types of customers and in different countries

Identification of behavioural solutions (opens in new window)

We will identify behavioural solutions that overcome the identified barriers and are plugandplay measures for FIs in the Nordics These will be tested in work package 5

Mapping of available energy data (opens in new window)

We will provide energy data chain maps for demonstrator FIs and of the national energy data infrastructure

Data expansion strategy (opens in new window)

The data expansion strategy will identify data sources and formats for addressing the most urgent data gaps and data quality issues and road maps for a data rich and intelligent EE mortgage approach

White paper on Compliance & Alignment with EU policy agenda (opens in new window)

The written guidance for the Nordic FIs will focus on compliance and alignment of EEM with the EU policy agenda focus on both the asset and liabilities side of the balance sheet It will be underpinned by a webinar bringing together 3050 participants at M12 to present key elements and respond to questions from FIs

Prioritised list of metrics to enable an AI supervised approach (opens in new window)

This list will be oriented to the three use cases 1 Portfolio hotspots 2 single bunding automated screening and retrofit plan development and 3 verification of savings

Webinars on EEM label (opens in new window)

To ensure a large outreach and impact three webinars bringing together 1520 participants will be hold held to provide information and guidance on the EEM label to relevant stakeholders The first webinar will be focussed on onboarding Nordic banks the second webinar will provide guidance on implementing the Labels Harmonised Disclosure Template HDT and the third webinar will focus on followup questions and troubleshooting where necessary

Behavioural mappings for relevant behavioural patterns (opens in new window)

Behavioural mappings for relevant behavioural patterns related to renovations by households and SMEs in each of the Nordic countries will be conducted
