Deliverables

The state of the art of stakeholders in waste and recycling in regions (opens in new window)

This deliverable will include a stakeholder map on the value chain of material flows in regions outcome of tasks 11 and the report part on the regional readiness for a systemic territorial circular solution outcome of task 12 and will provide the analysis of the state of the art in regionsA systematic study of the international interdisciplinary stateoftheart concerning consumer attitudes sustainablerecycling behaviour and conditions that fosterhamper such behaviour will be presented that will increase the regional knowledge base of task 11 This task functions as the contextual preliminary and identifies stakeholders and relevant preferences and mentalities of consumers via systematic database research in fields of science social sciences law and psychology

Stakeholder map and regional readiness for a systemic territorial circular solution (opens in new window)

The deliverable will summarise the outcomes ot Task 11 and 12 and will lay foundations for the remaining tasks in WP1 The document will present the regional biographies for the pilot region and the two follower regions It will cover historical cultural and socioeconomic factors on the cooperation on cocreation of hubs for circularityIt will cover the results of analytical casestudy covering consumer and stakeholder preferences policy structures and regulations via a comprehensive toolbox of approaches such as desktop research qualitative interviews SWOT and PESTLE to identify factors and structures that fosterhamper cooperation

Report on the preliminary results of the LCA analysis of PUR recycling (opens in new window)

The report contains first findings of the LCA analysis of PUR recycling based on coarse information which is available at this stage of the project. It provides insights about the potential of different alternative routes which can potentially be used to re-distribute the efforts that are invested in these alternatives. Related to Task 7.6.This deliverable will contribute to the policy issues.

Customer experience on the example of metal panels (opens in new window)

The deliverable will describe the outcome of Task 2.3. The subject will be a cocreation process with custormers and their assumptions concernig the improved material and product design. It will cover material design, dismantling and incorporated digital tools. The knowledge from this deliberable will be used for the business model in WP8.

Final Communication and Dissemination plan (opens in new window)

This Deliverable will outline the adjusted planning of dissemination and communication activities to serve defined specific target groups. The document will contain the description of the strategies and activities done in the first 2 years of the project and will outline the strategy and plans for the final year and project exit.

Fuzzy map and process model for step by step transfer of the blueprint (opens in new window)

This deliverable will describe the causal interdependencies among the regional stakeholders, which will result in a fuzzy cognitive map of interacting actors and point out where are the critical points in the value chain logistics that have high impact on the overall performance of the waste management system. The deliverable is based on the outcomes of Task 1.4 and 1.5This deliverable will contribute to policy issues.

Regional economic structures and situation (opens in new window)

This deliverable is the result of Tasks 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 and is a basis for the development of the blueprint in Task 1.5The deliverable will outline the economic profiles of material flows and economic activities in the regions and describe how these generate insights into regional multiplicators, economic differences and similarities.

Design of the systemic modelling and analysis framework (opens in new window)

The deliverable contains a description of the specification and of the system design and first simulation results for a simplified model of a circular system from waste collection to chemical recycling Related to Task 71 It will be basis for the remaing tasks in the WP

Model of the waste logistics for appliances and for construction waste (opens in new window)

The deliverable describes the mathematical model of the regional waste logistics and its computer implementation and contains results of the evaluation of different system designs from the point of view of cost and sustainability. Outcome of Taks 7.2 and relevant to Business Plan related Task in the same WP, but also for the Business cases in WP3 and Exploitation Plan (incl. Business Plan section) taks in WP8.

Initial Communication and Dissemination Plan (opens in new window)

This Deliverable will outline the planning of dissemination and communication activities to serve defined specific target groups It will be an overall strategy leaving the necessary flexibility for the implementation in order to be able to react to the developments and collocate project communications to any relevant activities arising outside to get best possible synergiesOutcome of Task 81 related to all tasks in the project

Dialog-based format for implementation with partners in industry, science, administration (opens in new window)

the deliverable will deliver details on the developed dialog-based format as blueprint for the implementation with partners in industry, science, administration. The blueprint will be developed and presented as a collaboration model including regional cultural elements around waste and recycling. The German pilot will comprise the results of all previous tasks in WP1 and will be transferred to the follower regions in NL and Poland and will be transferrable to potential further followe regions. This deliverable will contribute to the policy issues.

Prototype of improved metal panels / envelopes (opens in new window)

The Deliverable summarises the outcomes of Task 2.1 and 2.2 and will flow into WP 6.The metal panel will be designed for easier recycling in the future. The deliverable document will present a descritpion of the novel element incl. key data and functionality.

Prototype of improved insulation boards (opens in new window)

The Deliverable summarizes the results of Tasks 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 and flows into Task 6.4.The insulation board will be designed for easier recycling in the future. The deliverable will present a descritpion of the board element, incl. key product data and functionality.

Prototype of improved refrigerators (opens in new window)

The deliverable is related to Tasks 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 and basis for Task 6.4The refrigerator will be designed for easier recycling in the future. The deliverable will present a descritpion of the appliance incl. key data and functionality.

Demonstrator for dismantling and fine sorting (opens in new window)

The deliverable will describe the novel dismantling and sorting process for appliances. This will be a target stand-alone demonstrator. It is the outcome ot Task 6.1.Deliverable summarizes the demonstrator built in Task 6.1.

MVP material certification via management software production process data management (opens in new window)

The Deliverable is related to the outcomes of Task 2.4 and 2.5 and is basis for Task 6.3IT-based certificates for all products along the value chain will be designed in order to facilitate material tracking and sorting. The certification system will be described in this deliverable. The document will contain basic material certificate data.
